When a Kuwait brand needs WebGL, not another static site
Consultancy questions for the ‘the homepage has to feel like a film, not a brochure’ job — scroll worlds, material labs, and when a fast static page is still the honest first step.
The job is a branded surface that has to move. A visitor scrolls and the scene holds together — camera, light, type — instead of a stack of cards that could belong to anyone.
Teams often ask for “3D on the site.” That is not a brief. Consultancy writes what the first thirty seconds must do, who will maintain the shaders, and whether a still campaign page would already do the work.
What we decide on a first call
What the visitor is meant to do after the motion: book, apply, buy, or just remember the name. Whether the brand already has letterforms and materials worth putting into a scene. Who will change a colour six months later without calling the original author. How the page must behave on a mid-range phone in Kuwait City traffic, not only on a desktop in the studio.
If you cannot name the action after the spectacle, a WebGL build is usually early. Ship a fast page and a film. Keep the engine for later.
If the stall is that a flat layout cannot carry the brand, a lab can be the first slice. The Three.js — Unleashed case study is that shape: a cinematic scroll world, a material lab, and type that behaves like matter, on one React Three Fiber stack. We will not start from a demo reel and reverse-fit your product into it.
This is not a storefront and not a two-sided marketplace. Those are front-end jobs with forms and stock. A scroll world does not replace checkout.
When we tell you not to build yet
If the copy is still a slogan and the offer is unclear, 3D will not fix the brief. If IT cannot host a heavier bundle, or legal will not approve a full-viewport canvas on the homepage, the first slice is a scoped inner page — a lab, not the whole site.
If the brand already has the type, the materials, and a reason for the visitor to stay, we write scroll → scene → exit path. That is AI consultancy for the brief, then a front-end build if you want us to implement.
