When a Kuwait transcript should file itself
The file-back job: a call you already recorded becomes a note on the CRM row, and when deciding whether to transcribe — or to put an agent on the next call — is a different build.
The job is a recording you already own. The call ended. The text exists. Someone still pastes a line into the CRM after the next meeting has started.
Teams ask for “AI voice.” That often means an agent on the next call, or a transcript sitting in a folder. This loop writes the note onto the record you already use, then stops.
What the automation actually does
It watches the recordings you already keep. It waits until a transcript you trust is on disk. It writes the speaker, the clock, and the line the desk already types by hand onto the CRM row that owns the call. It does not pick up the phone.
AI voice includes speech-to-text on the way in. AI automation is the file-and-stop. We will say when a noisy shop floor will fail. We will not promise a court record from a pocket recording.
This is not deciding whether the call needs a transcript. That call writes the source, the speaker rule, and consent. This loop assumes the text already exists. It is also not a Slack digest from systems you already run. Digests summarise rows. This job starts from audio that already became text. And it is not a writer inside the CRM. A copilot drafts the next sentence when a person opens the record. This job files what was said.
When we leave the note with a person
If people were not told the call is kept, we stop. That is not a model problem. If the closer will not trust a line they did not hear, keep the ear on the first send. If you only keep ten recordings a week and the note is already there, software is early.
Kuwait calls often switch Gulf Arabic and English mid-sentence. Name which language the CRM field may store. Do not ask a model to “clean it up” into one language if the quote has to stay true.
