When Kuwait buyers should rank their own ads, not hunt
The own-creative ranking job: score flights you already ran, and when competitor research or a new still batch is a different build.
The job is an order on yesterday’s creatives. The ads already ran. Someone still opens ten variants and argues about taste before they decide what to scale.
Teams ask for “more creatives.” That is a factory. This loop ranks the ones you already paid for, then stops.
What the automation actually does
It pulls the flights you already ran — spend, hook, hold, the few outcomes the desk already trusts. It scores them on those outcomes, not on a model’s idea of pretty. It lands a short ranked list the buyer already opens.
AI automation is that score-and-drop. AI video generation only enters if the next step is a new cut of the winner. Ranking does not generate. It orders.
This is not competitor ad research. A winning stranger’s video is a hunt. This job is your account. It is also not paid-flight stills. A new hook image is more inventory. A rank is a decision on inventory you already have. And it is not daily ads ROI. A spend-versus-revenue number does not tell you which creative inside the campaign to keep.
When we leave the rank with a person
If two buyers still use different “winner” rules, software will only pick a fight. If the account is too new for a hold-out, keep the taste meeting. If legal has to see every claim on the winner, the rank is a suggestion, not a publish.
Kuwait media desks often need Arabic voice and English on-screen on the same winner. That is a copy check after the rank, not a reason to skip the score.
