When Kuwait comments need a reply agent

The own-post reply job: a comment lands on a grid you already run, the agent drafts or sends an approved line, and when posting or a mention ping is a different build.

The job is a comment on a post you already published. A question, a compliment, a complaint. Someone still types the same thank-you from a phone while the next comment sits unread.

Teams ask for “an Instagram agent.” That is how you get a growth loop that follows strangers. This agent replies on your own posts, from a line you already approved, and pages a person when the comment is a fight.

What the agent actually does

It watches comments on accounts you already control. It classifies: thanks, a product question, a complaint, spam. It can send the one public line you wrote for the first two. It holds the complaint for a person. It does not follow, it does not slide into DMs to hunt leads, and it does not invent a price.

AI agents can sit on that narrow slice. The Instagram generate-and-post loop is a different job — we already said an unattended comment-and-DM hunter is a policy risk. This build is the reply, not the hunt.

This is not the daily generate, caption, and post loop. Posting puts a new piece on the grid. A reply sits under a piece that is already live. It is also not a mention ping on fetched social. A ping tells you someone said the name. This job writes back. And it is not a Google review draft. Reviews have a different surface and a different public record.

When we leave the comment with a person

If legal has not agreed what the agent may promise — a discount, a delivery date, a medical claim — keep the person on every reply. If the brand still argues in comments by hand, software will collide mid-thread.

Kuwait grids often mix Arabic and English under the same still. Name which language the public reply may use. Do not auto-thank a complaint that names a person.
