When Kuwait needs the model in production

The AI integration job in Kuwait: a trained model still lives in a notebook, the live app already ships, and when a research dashboard is a different build.

The job is a notebook someone still runs by hand. A Kuwait product already ships — the screens staff open, the API other software hits. A trained model sits in Colab, a laptop folder, or a file a developer opens after lunch. They export a batch, wait, and paste the labels back.

Teams ask for “AI integration.” That is a category. The job is that same trained model sitting next to the live app: a versioned call the product can make, a miss that leaves the record as it was, and a person who can open last week’s run. It is not a new research dashboard.

What the integration actually does

The app already authenticates and already stores the record. The model already exists: weights, a prompt, a short list of labels the desk already uses. We put that model next to the app they already run — same network the product trusts, a named version, a timeout. One call asks for the field a person still pastes. A miss returns the record without that field. Next week someone can see which version wrote the output.

AI integration is that wiring. The YouTube summarizer keeps transcription and the summary model on a live pipeline, not in a notebook a person reopens for each upload. This job is the same shape on a smaller surface: one trained model, one place the live app can call it. We will not treat one pipeline’s weights as yours.

This is not a model call on a live API. That job assumes something reachable is already on the route. Here the weights still live on a laptop. It is also not the model on a staff screen. That job is a button next to a row a person already opened. This job is serving the model so either a route or a screen can call it without opening the notebook.

When we leave the weights in the notebook

If two desks still argue what the label means, shipping the notebook will only pick a fight. If the useful fact is not on the record — a hallway price, a paper file — write it down first. If nobody can name last week’s version, do not put that file on the critical path.

Desks often want Arabic on the client and English in the model log. That is a field rule on a response you already return. It does not pick a new training laptop. A KWD figure the payload does not show must not appear in the extra field.
