When Kuwait social needs a mention ping, not a dump

The job is a word you already care about. A channel you already watch said the brand, the offer, or the complaint. Someone still finds it in a scroll of everything else.

Teams ask for “social listening.” That is a warehouse. This loop pings when a named keyword hits a feed you already collect, then stops.

What the automation actually does

It reads messages that are already landing. It matches a short list of words, handles, or phrases you named. It sends one note with the source and the line. It does not reply.

X / Discord / Telegram fetch is the collection. AI automation is the match-and-ping. We will not stand up a new unofficial API on the same afternoon you want an alert.

This is not deciding whether to fetch those channels. Fetch is access and storage. A mention ping assumes the messages already arrive. It is also not an Instagram generate-and-post loop. Publishing is outbound. This job is inbound and silent.

When we leave the match with a person

If the word is a common Arabic root that also means something else, software will wake the desk for noise. If two teams want different words, keep two lists. If legal has to see every complaint before anyone talks, the ping is a queue, not a reply.

Kuwait brands often need the English name and the Arabic spelling on the same watch. Those are two strings, not a language toggle.
