When Kuwait WhatsApp should book the slot

What the agent actually does
It knows which number is the booking line, and which calendar already owns the day. A customer asks for a time. It offers two open slots you already allow — duration, buffer, opening hours. It writes the name, the phone, and the language they used. It does not invent a price. It does not take a deposit.
