Scoping a human-review blog draft queue before you scale output

The job is an editorial queue. Someone watches a short list of sites, notices a new post, and a draft has to appear for a person who can still say no.

It is easy to ask for “AI blogs.” That is how you get a pile nobody will publish. Consultancy writes the gate first: who approves, what “done” means, and which CMS already holds the live site.

What the first assessment is for

We ask how many source sites you actually watch, not how many you wish you watched. We ask who currently spends the morning on that list. We ask whether the draft has to include assets, internal links, and metadata the CMS already expects.

If there is no editor with time to reject work, volume will only create cleanup. We will say that out loud.

If the site has no voice, or legal still has to read every sentence, software should sit behind that person. If you cannot point at the live CMS and the fields a post needs, the first slice is a publishing map, not a draft engine.
