What to decide before you ship a Kuwait mobile app

The job is a thing people open from their home screen. A store listing, a push they will allow, a first screen that works on a mid-range Android in Kuwait City traffic.

Teams ask for “an app.” That is a store icon. The job is whether the work only exists on a phone, or whether a browser tab already does it.

What we decide on a first call

What the person does in the first thirty seconds that they cannot do in Safari. Whether you need the camera, the store of payments, offline, or a push they will not swipe away. Who owns the Apple and Google accounts, and who will answer a rejection. Whether one codebase on both stores is enough, or a platform feature forces native.

If you cannot name that first action, a store listing will not invent a product. Keep the web page.

If the action is real and the stall is store packaging plus device APIs, mobile development is that work: iOS, Android, or a careful share. We will not start from a template and reverse-fit your desk into it.

This is not Kitty Care’s chat that has to remember. That job is thread context in a product people already open in a browser. A store app is a different contract: review, install, a version you cannot hotfix with a refresh. It is also not a delivery platform. Manzil is four surfaces around orders. If the useful flow is a form and a login, a responsive page is still cheaper than two stores. If you have no one to reply to App Review, or the offer changes every week, an installable icon will go stale.

Kuwait users often need Arabic UI and English receipts. That is a language pack. It does not decide native versus web.
