When a Kuwait packshot should move, not talk
How we scope the ‘this approved still becomes a short clip, without a face’ job — the lock, the motion, and when a talking-head or a reshoot is still the right spend.
The job is a still you already approved, turned into a few seconds of motion. Same bottle, same label, a camera move the brand can stand behind. No invented spokesperson.
Teams ask for “AI video.” That often means a new talking head. This job starts from a packshot you will not throw away.
What the first assessment is for
We ask for the still, not a screenshot. We ask the aspect — 9:16, 1:1, a story safe area. We ask what may move: a turntable, a light, a background, never the type on the pack. Who signs the clip.
If you cannot hold the product across two frames, motion will invent a new label. We will stop.
If the lock is real and the stall is a shoot day, AI video generation can mean image-to-video on a narrow brief. We will say when the glass or the foil will smear. We will not promise a cinema pass from a phone still.
This is not Mehfil’s packshot-to-talking-head path. That job invents a face and a line. Motion here has no mouth. It is also not a dub of a master. A dub starts from a performance you already filmed.
When we tell you to keep the camera
If the product is jewellery, food, or anything a customer will compare to the box, a generated move often costs more than a half-day. If the still is already soft, motion will not rescue it.
Kuwait shops often need the same clip with Arabic and English supers. That is a later overlay. It is not “make the bottle speak.”
Sequence is AI consultancy: lock the still, name the move, then a short test slate. A batch comes after one person says the product is still the product.
