When Kuwait COD does not match the shift

The cash-settle job: collected KWD is checked against the orders on that shift, and when a prepaid wallet or a door photo is a different build.

The job is cash that already changed hands. The rider is offline. The orders on that shift add up to one number. The envelope is another, and someone still finds the gap in a spreadsheet on Sunday.

Teams ask for “driver payouts.” That is a report. This loop compares collected cash to the COD on the closed stops, pings the mismatch, and stops.

What the automation actually does

It reads the cash flag and the amount on each closed stop. It sums that shift for the rider. It compares the declared envelope or tap to that sum. It sends one note with the gap and the order list. It does not invent a collection.

Manzil is that ledger: cash when required, invoices and reports, fleet payout visibility after the door. AI automation is the compare-and-ping. We will not treat a WhatsApp “I will settle tonight” as a counted envelope.

This is not a prepaid merchant wallet that blocks the order. The wallet is the kitchen’s fee before dispatch. COD is the customer’s cash after the door. It is also not a proof photo to close. A photo argues the drop. This job argues the till.

When we leave the settle with a person

If finance still accepts a voice note as the envelope, software should not pretend a count exists. If two fleet companies share riders and one pays cash out, name who owns the gap before anyone gets a ping. If a manager can waive every miss, log the waive — do not hide it in the Sunday file.

Kuwait COD is in KWD. Do not convert a guest AED total and hope the shift lands.
