When Kuwait site chat should book, not FAQ
The AI integration job in Kuwait: the site chat they already show should write a consult on the diary they already keep, not recite a FAQ, and when a support bot is a different build.
The job is a visitor who already opened the site. A Kuwait clinic, a consultancy, a shop — they click the bubble to get a time. Someone still copies the thread into the diary and types the slot by hand.
Teams ask for “a website chatbot.” That is a widget. The job is the chat they already show writing a consult on the calendar they already keep, then stopping.
What the integration actually does
The site already loads. The diary already exists — a calendar they open every morning, not a new booking product. A visitor asks for a time. The widget offers two open slots they already allow: duration, buffer, opening hours. It writes the name, the phone, and the language they used. It does not invent a price. It does not take a deposit. It does not answer “what are your hours.”
AI integration is that wiring: the bubble they already show calling the calendar they already trust. Ilmora is a timetable an institution already owns. This job is the same shape on a smaller surface: one site, one diary, a consult a person can find next week. We will not treat one clinic’s hours as yours.
This is not WhatsApp booking. That job sits on the number the shop already answers. Here the visitor never left the site. It is also not a typed support bot. Support recites a policy and hands off a complaint. This job has to see the diary. And it is not a sales qualifier that writes a CRM row. Qualification asks a few questions. Booking writes a slot.
When we leave the slot with a person
If two staff still argue over the same hour in a paper book, software will double-book. If a first visit needs a form the calendar does not hold, keep the person on new clients. If a deposit in KWD has to clear before the slot is real, the widget offers times; a person confirms money.
Visitors often mix Gulf Arabic and English in the same bubble. Name which of those may book. Do not turn a voice note into a slot the diary cannot show.
A home visit needs an Area and Block. An office chair does not. Name which this widget is.
Bring the site they already run and three chats where a person typed the times. Contact us, write hello@jamilglobal.com, or book thirty minutes.
