When Kuwait YouTube needs an ask agent

The tape-question job: a video is already transcribed, someone asks whether a claim is on it, the agent cites a timestamp, and when a digest or a watch list is a different build.

The job is a question about a tape you already have. “Did they mention the Kuwait launch.” “Where is the pricing bit.” Someone still scrubs the timeline because the morning note was too thin.

Teams ask for a “YouTube agent.” That is a watch list. This agent answers from a transcript you already stored, cites a timestamp, and refuses when the speech is not there.

What the agent actually does

It starts after the upload is already transcribed. A person names the video and asks one thing. It searches that transcript, returns a short answer with a time code, and stops. It does not watch a new channel. It does not invent a quote from the thumbnail.

AI agents can sit on that question. The YouTube summarizer is how the tape got into Discord as text. We will not treat one desk’s channel list as yours.

This is not the watch-list bottleneck. Watching decides whether a note should exist. Asking starts after it does. It is also not an upload digest. A digest says a new video landed. This job answers a person who already has the file. And it is not a Substack issue digest. A newsletter is text. This is speech with a clock.

When we leave the tape with a person

If the video is a regulator, a founder AMA, or a walkthrough you will act on, the agent is a pointer, not a verdict. If the audio is music, slides with no speech, or three languages in one cut, refuse instead of guessing the minute.

Kuwait desks often ask in English about Arabic speech, or the other way around. Name which language the answer may use. Do not let the agent quote a sponsor read as the claim.

Bring one video you already summarized and the question a person still opened the tape to answer. Book thirty minutes or write hello@jamilglobal.com.
