What to decide before a Kuwait school buys campus software

Consultancy questions for the ‘admin, teacher, and student each need their own app’ job — ownership, roles, and when a rented subscription is still enough.

The job is three surfaces that have to stay in one school. An administrator manages people and fees. A teacher runs a class. A student sees a feed, a test, and a result. The brand on the login has to read as the campus, not as a vendor.

Leadership often asks for “AI for the school.” That is not a brief. Consultancy writes who owns the data after launch, which roles actually exist today, and what you will not automate.

What the first assessment is for

We ask who signs in today, and from which tools. We ask whether attendance, fees, and results already live somewhere you will not replace. We ask who is allowed to change a mark, and who trains the next intake of teachers. We ask whether AI is a copilot behind the teacher, or a public tutor a parent will treat as a grade.

If you cannot name the three roles and the data each one must not see, a shared subscription will only add another login. We will say that out loud.

If the stall is ownership — brand, policy, handover — a campus build can replace a rented tenant.
