When a Kuwait school needs an absence ping

The job is a mark the teacher already made. The student is absent, or late. Someone still types a WhatsApp to the parent at noon, or the office hears it after the second period has started.

What the automation actually does

It watches the attendance the teacher already submits. It notices absent or late on the period you named. It sends one note — parent, office, or both — with the student, the period, and the mark. It does not invent a reason, and it does not open a second login.

When we leave the note with a person

If the office still argues who may message a parent, software will page the wrong number. If attendance is a paper sheet that reaches the desk after break, write the row first. If a counselor has to clear every absence before a family is told, keep the person on send — the loop is only the clock.

Kuwait families often need the note in Arabic, with the period name the school already uses. That is a template, not a translate toggle.
