When a Kuwait teacher should automate marking, not the whole campus

The job is a stack of scripts, quizzes, or short answers that already have a rubric. A mark, a short comment, a place the teacher can still override.

Leadership often asks for “AI for the school.” That is how you buy another login. Marking is one loop. Attendance, fees, and the student app are a different purchase — we wrote that up when a campus needs owned admin, teacher, and student software.

What the automation actually does

It takes work that already arrived — a PDF, a form, a typed answer. It scores against a rubric the department already uses. It writes a comment in the language the parent will read. It leaves the override with the teacher who owns the class.

AI automation is the nightly pass. AI text generation only enters for the comment, grounded in the rubric, not a free essay. We have shipped a Kuwait school marking-and-support loop as a custom solution. We will not treat that as a package you can drop into any campus.

This is not a public tutor a parent will treat as a grade. The teacher stays on the record.

When we will not touch the marks

If the rubric is still in someone’s head, or appeals have no owner, software should not invent a score. If IT cannot say where the marks live today, the first slice is a source of record, not a grader.

Kuwait schools often need Arabic comments for families and English for the department file. That is two comment rules. Name both.
