When Kuwait media needs more hooks, not more designers
Consultancy questions for the ‘this campaign needs more stills to test, from a lock we already have’ job — the brief, the fail rule, and when a designer is still the right spend.
The job is more stills a media buyer can test this week. Same product, same type lock, a set of hooks that are different on purpose, files the ad account will ingest.
People ask for “AI creatives.” That is a model list. The job is whether a locked brief can become twenty honest variants without another designer day.
What we decide on a first call
Which campaign this is, and which three hooks already won. What must not change — logo, pack, a claim legal already signed. Where the file has to land: Meta, a shared drive, a WhatsApp pack. Who fails a render.
If you cannot name the winning hook and the one claim legal already signed, a batch will only invent noise. We will pause.
If the brief is real and the stall is designer hours, AI image generation can be a narrow queue: lock in, scored stills out. We will not treat a pretty sample as a flight.
This is not daily ads ROI reporting. That job reads spend and moves budget. Hooks are the objects the report later judges. It is also not the Instagram generate-and-post loop. A meme account can drift. A paid flight cannot. A shop PDP still is a third job: one honest angle, not a set of hooks.
When we tell you to keep the designer
If the claim sits as type on the pack, or the brand is the talent’s face, a person is still the cheaper fail. If legal owns the line, we will not generate it.
Kuwait flights often need Arabic and English of the same hook. That is a crop and a copy rule. It does not mean “twelve random lifestyles.”
AI consultancy writes the lock and the fail rule first. A batch comes after you can reject a still for the right reason.
